We didn't follow the traditional recipe for Simnel cake, but we still enjoyed a yummy cake, which helped us remember the 11 of Jesus' 12 disciples who ultimately followed Him to the end.

Alathea helped me make our Apostle Cake this year, using some of the cooking things Aunt Chelsey sent us for Christmas.
