Sophia's Many Faces

My mom wanted me to get a photo of Sophia in this dress for my dad (who isn't here on this visit) to see. Looking at the photos now, it's amazing how many facial expressions I captured in a few minutes. As I won't have teenagers for another decade, I'm not really qualified to have the following opinion. Still, I'm suspicious that 2-year-olds may have more drastic and frequent mood swings than teenagers.

Frustrating

I had two cute videos--one of each girl--I wanted to upload to the blog, but there's something wrong with Blogger and videos right now, so, I'm afraid, still images will have to suffice until it's fixed. :-(

Beauty and the Beast Reenactment

Facebookers, see http://wbsenglish.blogspot.com to view this video.

For those of you familiar with the film, Sophia is acting out the part near the beginning where Belle is out in the field singing and her horse, Phillipe, runs up to her. He is still hitched to her father's invention but is no longer carrying him on his back.

Transcript (quoting from the film): "Where's Papa? Where is he? What happened? We have to find him. You have to take me to him."

Transcript: My horse is named Phillipe 'cause I'm riding on the horse. This is...this is Belle's horse, and Belle is riding on it, and then she goes on the horse, and she finds her daddy on the horse.
