Do You Feel "Invited"?

 

Here's a silly picture of Wes and a couple of his colleagues stewarding at a joint event for several Christian Unions in South West London. The event was titled "Invited," based on passages from Luke's gospel in which Jesus reached out to people from all segments of society. Roughly 60-100 students attended each of the three nights these events were held this week, and attendance at lunch-time talks on university campuses was drastically higher than for past mission endeavors (like 40-50 instead of 8-10). Praise God for that--despite the negative PR above! :-)
