Happy Birthday, Wes
Wes requested a German chocolate cake this year, and with fear and trembling I managed to produce a layer cake that tasted and looked pretty good, despite some scary moments converting ingredient amounts from US measurements to metric (e.g., How much of a 200g chocolate bar do I use if my recipe calls for 4 ounces?).
