A Rare Occurrence
Happy Early 60th Birthday to my dad! It's rare to see him on this side of a video, so I thought I should post it. Sorry it's quite dark.
Reconciliation
In our church's Sunday morning service, they always do a segment for the children called Bible Bitesize. At the moment we're doing a series on big "Christian" words that end in -tion, like salvation, redemption, election...
Wes was tasked with explaining reconciliation, and here's a skit he and Sophia worked on to illustrate the meaning of the word:
2 Corinthians 5:18-19
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

Ooh La La!
Yesterday children at Sophia's school could dress as their favorite book character. Here's Sophia's take on Fancy Nancy, which finally brings me to a very belated "thank you" to Maureen for sending us the books that inspired Sophia's costume!
